Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
You can return products under the following conditions:
- Damaged or incorrect product received (Video proof of unboxing required).
- Product fails to turn on after opening and charging.
- Product stops working within 7 days of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that do not meet customer expectations (change of mind not applicable).
- Returns requested after 7 days from the purchase date.
Important Notes:
- We strongly recommend that customers record a video of the unwrapping or unpacking process for documentation purposes, in case any issues arise.
- All returns must be in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send returns to:

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
