Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

You can return products under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or incorrect product received (Video proof of unboxing required).
  • Product fails to turn on after opening and charging.
  • Product stops working within 7 days of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that do not meet customer expectations (change of mind not applicable).
  • Returns requested after 7 days from the purchase date.

Important Notes:

  • We strongly recommend that customers record a video of the unwrapping or unpacking process for documentation purposes, in case any issues arise.
  • All returns must be in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send returns to:

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
