2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order. These charges will be displayed during checkout, and payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. The final shipping cost will be shown before you confirm your order.

3. Returns

Warranty Returns
We honour valid warranty claims. For warranty returns, customers are required to prepay return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly begin processing the warranty claim.

4. Delivery Terms

Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

Change of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 5 PM will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 5 PM will be dispatched on the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before the order is dispatched, and we will assist you with the update.

Out-of-Stock Items
If any items are out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they are restocked.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the delay.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment via the courier service.

6. Damaged Parcels in Transit
