2. Domestic Shipping
We offer domestic shipping across Pakistan. Typically, domestic shipments take 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as location, product availability, and courier schedules.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 5 PM will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 5 PM will be dispatched on the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
In the case that an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately. The out-of-stock items will be shipped once they are restocked, and we will notify you accordingly.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. This allows you to track your shipment's progress in real-time through the courier service.
6. Delivery Address Change
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched, and we will assist you with updating the details. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the event that your parcel is damaged during transit, please notify our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will work with the courier service to investigate the matter and provide a refund or replacement once the parcel is deemed lost.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, certain factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery times. If your delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please contact us, and we will investigate the situation.
